TRIAL REQUEST FORM - SYNCHRO AND SPEED

Calne Alpha Swim Club offers both Speed Swimming and Artistic (Synchronised) Swimming; however, these are distinct parts of the club.

• Please tick only the "Swimming" option if you are interested in a Speed Swimming trial.
• Please tick only the "Synchronised Swimming" option if you are interested in a Synchronised Swimming trial.

This will ensure your Trial Request is passed on to the correct area of the club. Only tick both options if you are genuinely interested in a trial for both Speed and Synchro.
